What's In My Shower | Feb 2017

I wanted to say I don't have many stuffs in my shower, but after I have taken all of them down to take picture I was like, uhm... actually I have quite a bit here hahaha. You know that typical 'You wouldn't know how many clothes you have until you are doing laundry, that's the exact situation right here.

My toilet is not big to begin with, there is definitely limited space for me to put my stuffs that's why I tried very hard to fit in everything in. Another thing is I don't put my makeup and my skincare in the toilet.

I get bored with shower gel very easily so I switch them off very frequently, so I have a few different scents of shower gel.

Sabon Shower Oil £22

I can't remember why I got this. I had it last christmas I think and I got 2 bottles to get free delivery. I rrandomly came across this brand and thought of give it a go. I saw from the internet that Sabon is like Lush where theall their products are handmade of all the natural ingredients.

I thought it is gonna be like the L'Occitane shower oil but they are quite different. The Sabon shower oil lathers just like normal shower gel. Honestly I don't really like the scent, it is too musky to me. But I love love love the bottle, it's a glass bottle and it looks super fancy and luxurious. I hardly use it anyway, it is more of a decoration in my shower.

L'Occitane Arlésienne Delightful Bath & Shower Gel RM90

I remember went into the shop to get hand cream (their hand cream is the bomb I swear) and the shop assistant pulled me over to have a sniff at their new product. Goodness I can't stop thinking about it's scent after that, it smells so freaking nice. It is not that scent that I could imagine, it's very special I must say. And... I bought it! Because it's so expensive, I only use it occasionally when I feel generous and wanna pamper myself hahahaha~

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea RM33

I love the green tea scent so much when it first came out. I remember I had my first sniff at it when Jasmine and I were in London Oxford Street shopping. But after going through a few bottles, I am already quite bored with it. I don't think I will repurchase it again after I have used up this current one.

The Body Shop British Rose Shower Gel RM33

This range came out during Mother's Day 2015 and was on promotion so I bought it straight away online. It did not disappoint me at all. I was super addicted to it when it first came and I have gone through at least 5 bottles of it. Yes! It is that good. But uhm I am kind of bored with it again right now and I think I would wanna stop using this range until some later time.

TRESemmé Moisture Rich Shampoo
TRESemmé Salon Silk Conditioner

I don't have much preference towards shampoos and conditioners honestly. It doesn't really matter to me whether my hair is soft and silky after using them. The only thing I want from the shampoo I am using is to make my scalp not greasy even though I haven't been washing my hair for days.

I hate washing my hair. As long as the shampoo can keep me from not washing my hair for 3 days then I will LOVE the shampoo to the moon and back.

SK-II Facial Treatment Gentle Cleanser
Senka Perfect White Clay Cleanser RM13.90

I first bought the Senka cleanser because I thought of getting a more expensive high end cleanser some time later so I wanted to just get a cheap one for one. Plus Rainie Yang was the ambassador of Senka cleanser so I thought maybe it would be good even though it is cheap. I was wrong, it dries out my skin like on one's business. But because I haven't found cleanser that I want to buy, I just stick to it by using a very little amount.

My mum passed me her SK-II cleanser because she said it is very drying. Of course I happily accept it because it is freaking SK-II. It is quite good actually although it doesn't lather as much as those normal cleansers that I have tried but it still cleanse very well and it leaves my skin so so so soft. I am super impressed.

Lactacyd Feminine Wash RM16.85

No comment on this one, entirely up to your own preference but I am used to having one.

 Darlie Expert White Toothpaste RM12.31
Systema toothbrush
Tongue Cleaner £1
Listerine Natural Green Tea Mouth Wash RM10.20

Best toothpaste is definitely from Darlie. Best toothbrush is definitely from Systema and best mouth wash is definitely Listerine. Even when I was in England, I sticked to these 3 brands.

Tongue cleaner was bought in Tiger when Jasmine and I were in London Oxford Street. Fall in love with tongue cleaner once I have used it. It gets rid of the protein residue (from milk and all the dairy) on my tongue and improves my breath. I think people with bad breath should definitely start cleaning their tongues.

Bausch & Lomb Renu Sensitive Contact Lens Solution
Garnier Micellar Water RM29.90
L'Oreal eyes & lips makeup remover RM29.35
The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter RM75

Loving the Garnier micellar water so so so much because it removes my makeup very thoroughly and leaving a fresh and not drying skin. I was over the moon when I knew I can get this micellar water in Malaysia. I discovered it England.

I used the Garnier eyes & lips remover back then but I can't get it in Malaysia so I switched it to L'Oreal which is quite a good alternative. It doesn't sting my eyes, it doesn't break me out and it doesn't it's job, good enough.

Got The Body Shop cleansing butter because I saw all the Youtubers were crazy over the Clinique cleansing balm. I was curious how good a balm makeup removes would be like so I ordered it online. It was retailed at £10 and there was a 30% discount, what a bargain isn't it? I didn't use it until I am back in Malaysia. Holy moly! It's so freaking good. It doesn't stink my eyes and I can use it for my entire face. It has a very subtle scent which I love it and the product literally melts in you hand when you are rubbing your hands together, how cool is that.

Soap & Glory Breakfast Scrub £6.50

Fall completely in love with all the shower products of Soap&Glory, they smell A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. like seriously! This breakfast scrub has a very strong caramel scent which I almost wanna take and eat it everytime I use it. It smells literally like caramel. If you smell it with your eyes closed I bet you would definitely put it into your mouth.

I love scrubs that are rough. Although it can hurt a bit but it means it's working to remove the dead skins. My skin feels baby soft after I used it and it doesn't leave my skin too dry (obviously you needa moisturize your skin after scrubbing it).

Lush Mint Julips Lip Scrub £5.50

I haven't tried many different lip scrubs so I can't say what's good and what's not but at least I know this lip scrub is made of natural ingredients which include sugar. You can taste the coarse sugar while using it and it has a very refreshing minty feeling to it.

Love,
Xiaohui xx
