I am a big fan of red lips, I think red lips make me look fairer and it is the best time for red lips right now. Red lips can easily look very festive and I am all about looking festive during winter.
I have always imagined myself with a very clean eye look, clean and neat eyeliner, tiny bit of mascara and then throwing on a red lips. Except that it only look good in my imagination, I tried putting it on it just does not work on me. My makeup will look extremely heavy even if I put on the tiniest bit of makeup, don't ask me why!
I discovered this Instagrammer @noelledowning and I am so inspired by her. I think she is so pretty, confident and she is everything I would want to look up too.
